To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is received damaged or incorrect.

  • Damaged or Wrong Product Received
    • If you’ve received a damaged item or the wrong product, please follow these steps:
      • Notify us within 3 daysof receiving your order by emailing support@promanx.in
      • Include your order number, clear photos of the product and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
      • Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refunds
    • We do not offer monetary refunds. In rare cases where a refund is warranted (at NERAVA SKIN CARE PRIVATE LIMITED Company discretion), it could be issued as a gift card, discount code, or cash equivalent which is redeemable on future purchases.
